Our benefits are designed to help associates meet their unique needs. The company divides its benefits into four basic categories: Financial, Health, Work/Life Balance, and Additional Benefits.

Financial Benefits

• Our 401k plan offers associates an opportunity to save for their    futures.
• Anyone employed by the company for at least one year that has    fulfilled the 1,000 hours service requirement can participate in    the plan once they have reached age 18. Both full-time and part-    time associates can use this benefit.
• The company provides a match of up to 2% of associate    earnings.
• The company offers various incentive plans to both management
   and hourly associates.
• Profit Sharing

Health Care Benefits

• Full-time associates are eligible to choose from multiple    medical/prescription benefit plans.
• Company provides majority payment of the premium and    employee pays remainder.
• Dental and Vision insurance is available to all associates.
• The company provides $20,000 in life insurance and accidental    death/dismemberment to all full-time associates.
• Optional supplemental life insurance is available to    associates, spouses, and child(ren) for a minimal premium.
• Short-Term disability insurance is provided to all full-time associates at no cost.
• Long-Term disability insurance is provided to all exempt associates at no cost.
• Accident insurance is available to all associates.
• Cancer and critical illness insurance is available to all associates.

Work/Life Balance Benefits

• Full-time associates receive the following paid time-off benefits:
• Vacation after one year of service.
• 40 hours after 1 year
• 80 hours after 2 years
• 120 hours after 7 years
• 160 hours after 14 years
• 80 hours after 2 years (hours may accumulate and rollover with    specific maximums applied)
• 32 hours personal time per year
• 7 paid holidays per year
• Part-time associates have the option of flexible scheduling
